About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining the company’s services, identifying interested prospects and regularly following up with leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain the company’s services clearly and professionally
- Understand customer requirements and qualify potential leads
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and calling records in the CRM or Excel sheet
- Update the status of every lead regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
- Prepare and submit daily calling and follow-up reports
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Punjabi language skills will be an advantage
- Confident,



polite and professional telephone manner
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel and WhatsApp
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, lead generation or sales will be preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
