About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a strong understanding of the real estate market, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Meet prospective customers and explain residential and commercial plot projects.
- Conduct site visits and provide complete project presentations.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales (Real Estate experience preferred).




- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales confidently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in selling plots, villas, apartments, or other real estate projects.
- Good local market knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and customer-first approach.
