- FMS Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to NABH Chapter – Facility Management and Safety (FMS).
- Asset Tracking: Maintain an updated master equipment inventory, including make, model, serial number, and location.
- Equipment Records: Maintain detailed history cards for all biomedical tools to record uptime, downtime, and failure trends. [1, 2]
2. Maintenance & Quality Assurance
- Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Schedule and conduct regular PPM to minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Calibration: Coordinate regular calibration of critical clinical equipment to maintain diagnostic accuracy.
- Safety Audits: Conduct routine electrical safety and performance testing following repairs or routine maintenance. [1, 2]
3. Procurement & Contract Management [1]
- Technical Evaluation: Participate in Technical Bid Analysis and support the equipment condemnation committee for recent purchases.
- Vendor Management: Supervise Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMCs) to ensure timely vendor response
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
