Duties & Responsbilitites

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotations to support business development.
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent service.
- Coordinate effectively with group company communication.
- Update and maintain order status, customer records, and related documentation.
- Handle courier bookings, collections, dispatches, and maintain shipment records.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Liaise with the Sales Team to ensure efficient order processing, execution, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to sales and administrative activities.




- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the management.
- Experience: 1 year or above.

Skills & Competencies:

- Robust communication skills with fluency in English and Malayalam
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP software.
- Attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
