Key Responsibilities

· Prepare Job Orders for production and inventory processing.

· Prepare Job Issue entries and ensure accurate material issuance.

· Maintain and update Daily Job Reports (DJR).

· Handle Job Receipt entries and ensure proper recording in the system.

· Update and track Batch Numbers for all materials and finished goods.

· Conduct regular Physical Stock Verification and ensure stock accuracy.

· Verify proper handover of materials between departments. Manage GIN/GRN

· processes along with weighment verification.

· Handle Direct Shipments and prepare Local Sales Invoices.

· Monitor cleaning, sorting (Sortex), and repacking activities.

· Prepare and manage Gate Pass documentation.

· Issue material slips and ensure proper authorization and tracking.

· Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system.

· Ensure proper coordination between warehouse, production, and dispatch teams.



Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.

· Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Profile

· Education: Graduate (Commerce/Logistics/Operations preferred).

· Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in inventory/warehouse management.

· Strong knowledge of inventory processes, stock handling, and documentation.

· Experience in ERP systems and inventory tracking tools.

· Valuable understanding of GRN, GIN, batch tracking, and stock verification.

· Strong coordination and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.

· Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Basic knowledge of production/warehouse operations preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
