About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-Take Supervisor with a solid medical background to manage and oversee our intake operations. This in office position requires exceptional organizational skills, clinical understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and manage all daily intake department operations.
- Review, verify, and process patient referrals promptly and accurately.
- Communicate and coordinate with clinicians, physicians, case managers, and external healthcare partners.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards.
- Train, guide, and oversee intake staff performance.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.




- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and families.
- Support high-volume periods and remain open to overtime when required.

What We’re Looking For:

- Solid understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and general computer applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work overtime (IF NEEDED)
- IELTS: Required Score (Overall 6.5 or higher)
- Or TOEFL

Time Zone Requirement:

This position follows the Pacific Standard Time (PST) work schedule, which is subject to seasonal changes between Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Candidates must be willing and able to adjust their working hours accordingly to align with these time zone transitions throughout the year.

Salary: 25,000 INR to 30,000 INR per month
