Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads into new school/franchise partnerships.
- Drive business expansion and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners.
- Build solid client relationships and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.
- Close high-value (big-ticket) sales deals successfully.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record in handling and closing big-ticket sales.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings.
