Responsibilities:

- Ensure that a safe, hygienic and secure learning environment is provided to the kids.
- Lesson planning and the activities to be planned before the start of the week, such that it engages the child in a fun and exploratory learning journey, as per the AEL curriculum.
- Creative teaching in all aspects and creative planning/execution for the displays of the classroom/center should be demonstrated with the help of effective use of resources whilst working on minimum wastage.
- Take ownership of class and spark children's out of the box learning, while upholding the vision and mission of AEL.
- Maintaining Classroom documentation along with daily observation/anecdotes for the children, as per AEL Curriculum guidelines.
- Enforce all administration policies and rules.
- Store, maintain, enhance the inventory and educational materials of the classroom.
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of programs.
- Ideate, plan and execute events, trips, celebrations for special occasions along with colleagues,



as per the Preschool Calendar.
- Work as a team player whilst acting as a role model for the team and staff by exemplifying the right / AEL values and code of conduct, for all activities.
- Participate in all the training and workshops.
- Should maintain a healthy and robust communication with parents throughout.

Work Experience:

- Total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Required Education:

- (Preferable) Graduate / Post Graduate candidates.
- Preference to women candidates with relevant certifications in Early Childhood Care and Education and/or Nursery Teacher Training or Montessori Teacher Training.

Required skills:

- Language: Should be fluent in English. Familiar with Kannada (Optional)
- Soft Skills: Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; amicable personality and a love for children.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,597.62 - ₹21,634.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
