administration — and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

The selected candidate will receive structured mentorship and knowledge transfer from our experienced

infrastructure team, ensuring a smooth onboarding and a strong foundation to grow into a senior cloud

operations or DevOps role over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support integration of AWS services with internal applications and third-party tools

2. On-Premises Infrastructure

- Support day-to-day management of on-prem servers, networking equipment, storage, and end-user

systems

- Perform server monitoring, health checks, OS patching, and backup validation
- Handle networking tasks — LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and basic connectivity

troubleshooting

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC renewals,

and third-party support

escalations

- Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate, up-to-date infrastructure documentation
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and storage systems

3. Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Tools

- Administer Microsoft 365 — user creation, license management, mailbox configuration, and access

control

- Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online for internal users
- Handle user account management, password resets, account lockouts, and MFA configuration
- Perform basic Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration — user and group management
- Troubleshoot M365 and collaboration tool issues for end users and escalate where required
- Manage conditional access policies and security configurations in M365 Admin Center

4. IT Support & Service Desk

- Provide L1/L2 IT support to internal users — hardware, software, connectivity, and application

issues

- Log, track, and resolve IT tickets within defined SLA timelines using ITSM tools
- Coordinate with external vendors and OEMs for issue resolution and warranty management
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding — account creation, device setup, and access

provisioning

- Assist in IT audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support rotation when required

5. DevOps & Automation — Learning Track
