Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Executive to oversee our daily accounting operations and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in taxation (GST & TDS), proficiency in Tally, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Taxation & Compliance:
- Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including monthly reconciliation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for statutory audits and tax assessments.
- Core Accounting:
- Daily data entry in Tally Prime/ERP 9 ensuring 100% accuracy in ledgers.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including timely follow-ups with vendors and clients.
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements,



and Cash Flow reports.
- Generate MIS reports for management review on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Voucher Management: * Verify and process purchase invoices, expense vouchers, and journal entries.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Com / M.Com or Inter-CA.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of core accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Tally: Advanced knowledge (Mandatory).
- MS Office: Expert in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Knowledge: Solid grip on Indian Accounting Standards, GST laws, and Income Tax provisions.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and the ability to meet strict statutory deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

- Candidates residing in or near Ahmedabad.
- Previous experience in the environmental services or manufacturing consultancy sector is a plus.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 15-day notice period.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
