Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage daily production operations for PVC and other Plastic in the plastic injection molding department.

· Ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

· Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

Should have expertise in material compounding and knowledge of material properties and composition.

· Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety procedures.

· Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions and process records.

· Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

· 5-6 years of experience in production management within the plastic injection molding industry.

· Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and equipment.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.





· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Proficient in using production management software and tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

· Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

· Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of mold design and manufacturing.

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and make informed decisions.

· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work in a rapid-paced environment.

· Continuous Improvement Mindset: Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in production processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
