Job Summary:

We’re hiring an Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations: Manage AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Responsible for end to end accounts related projects.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and MIS reports

Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and audits; coordinate with CA/CS

Team Management: Supervise junior accountants and verify entries in Tally

Budgeting & Controls: Monitor budgets, cost control,



and implement internal checks

Vendor/Client: Reconcile vendor statements, follow up on receivables, process payments

Education / Qualification

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance

Experience: 5 years and above

Skills: Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, GST portal, TDS, financial analysis

Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, data validation, charts

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, deadline-driven

Work mode: In-person
