Role: QA Lead (Automation Focus)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a QA Lead who can take end-to-end ownership of quality across our products. This role will be responsible for setting up and driving QA automation, improving testing processes, and ensuring high reliability across releases.Key Responsibilities:

- Own the QA function end-to-end across products and releases
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks (preferably using Playwright)
- Define and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure quality from early stages
- Drive test planning, test case design, and execution (manual + automated)
- Identify gaps in current testing practices and improve coverage
- Monitor and improve release quality metrics
- Mentor and scale the QA function over time

Requirements:





- 5+ years of experience in QA, with strong focus on automation
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred) or similar frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Strong understanding of web application testing and APIs
- Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch
- Positive understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good to Have:

- Experience in SaaS products
- Exposure to performance testing and security testing
- Basic understanding of backend systems and databases

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
