About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative YouTube Content Writer (Telugu) who can

transform complex Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) concepts

into engaging, easy-to-understand, and highly shareable content for a mass audience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent storytelling skills, strong research abilities, and

a deep curiosity for science, innovation, and emerging technologies. If you enjoy turning

complicated topics into entertaining and educational stories that keep viewers hooked,

we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research trending and evergreen STEM topics across Science, Technology,

Engineering, and Mathematics.

- Develop engaging and high-retention YouTube scripts in Telugu.
- Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand, relatable content for diverse

audiences.

- Create compelling hooks, curiosity-driven storytelling, and strong narrative structures.
- Write scripts for:

1. Long-form YouTube videos

2. YouTube Shorts

3. Reels and short educational content

4. Documentary-style and explainer videos

- Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to identify viral content

opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with content creators, editors, and production teams to

enhance content quality and performance.

- Ensure content accuracy through thorough research and fact-checking.
- Continuously optimize content based on audience engagement and platform

trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent Telugu writing and communication skills.




- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.
- Ability to simplify technical and scientific concepts for a general audience.
- Passion for STEM subjects, innovation, science, and future technologies.
- Understanding of YouTube content strategies, including:

1. Viewer retention

2. Watch time optimization

3. Hooks and storytelling frameworks

4. Audience engagement techniques

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and curiosity-driven mindset.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Electronics Engineering, Electrical &

Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE),

or related STEM disciplines.

- Prior experience in YouTube scriptwriting, content writing, journalism, education,

or media.

- Experience creating educational or science-related content.
- Knowledge of YouTube analytics and content performance metrics.
- Familiarity with viral content formats and audience psychology.
