We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations, customer engagement, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WhatsApp marketing, strong communication skills, and excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across online platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns using platforms such as WhatsApp Business API or other automation tools.
- Create customer engagement campaigns, promotional broadcasts, and automated messaging journeys.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze sales, customer behaviour, and marketing performance using Advanced Excel.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Maintain accurate product and customer databases.
- Respond to customer queries professionally via WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve online conversions, customer retention, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience in WhatsApp Marketing and campaign management.
- Strong command of written and spoken English communication.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF functions
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Charts and Dashboards
- Data Cleaning and Analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, customer engagement, and marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
