Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to promote our real estate projects, generate quality leads, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and customer engagement within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate and nurture leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and campaign effectiveness.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media content.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and website updates.
- Organize property exhibitions, promotional events, and site visit campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Salary

As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
