Sr. AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking skilled Senior AI Engineers to build AI-native platform capabilities, including natural language interfaces, conversational AI, intelligent agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that enable users to interact with enterprise data through AI-powered experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build natural language to structured query translation systems
- Develop AI agents for automated insights and intelligent recommendations
- Implement RAG pipelines over enterprise datasets
- Create and maintain conversational AI backend services
- Build agent orchestration workflows
- Integrate LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models
- Implement vector search for semantic discovery
- Design and manage prompt templates and prompt management systems
