- Job Responsibility

- 1. Content Planning & Execution: Develop and execute contents after analyzing clients’ transcripted instructions that drive engagement, impressions, awareness, lead generation and lead conversions via blogs, articles, newsletter campaign and email campaign. 2. Team Coordination: Coordinate work amongst a team of two other writers, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. 3. Content Creation: Contribute to content creation for a wide range of clients, including research and write on new or unconventional topics. 4. Quality Assurance: Maintain a standard of quality in regard to content value, creativity, professionalism, structure, flow, and overall readability. 5. SEO Optimization: Check and optimize articles for natural use of SEO keywords, headings, lists, and content that fulfills search intent. 6. Peer Editing: Participate in peer editing for both internal and external projects, correcting spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and inconsistencies; ensuring consistency for multiple clients. 7. Communication: Liaise regularly with team members and Project Managers.

- Educational Requirement

- Bachelors or higher degree in Journalism, Communications, Content Marketing, or a related field.





- Experience Requirement

- 1. Proficient in writing, editing, and communication skills. Flexible to switch between writing styles and tones according to the requirement.
- 2. A passion for marketing and experience in creating content for organic search and marketing campaigns - ideally in a B2B workplace.
- 3. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- 4. Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research. Bonus if you have Knowledge of CMS like WordPress.
- 5. Ability to parse analytics and make content recommendations based on performance.
- 6. Comfortable with technology, including a working knowledge of online word processors, search analytics, and SEO tools.

- Additional Requirement

- Age 21 to 32 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Male Candidates must be comfortable in Night shift
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and other team members
- Good time-management skills
- **Candidates who are located in Hooghly district or nearby Hooghly district will be more preferable**
- **Candidates, belonging from a CBSE or ICSE background will be given preference**
