We are looking for a motivated Buildings & Utilities Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily management of Buildings & Utilities activities and operations.
- Follow up on daily checklists and support monitoring of ongoing maintenance activities.
- Assist in identifying gaps, technical issues, and operational risks while supporting timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance and utilities activities.
- Support maintaining buildings in optimum operating condition in line with company standards.
- Assist in monitoring maintenance contracts and following up on contractors’ performance.
- Participate in Buildings & Utilities projects and support project coordination activities.
- Help prepare reports, analytical data,
and KPI tracking related to Buildings & Utilities operations.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance plans for buildings and utilities systems.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure required utilities are continuously available.
- Contribute to EHS, Energy, and Quality Management initiatives and support continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Engineering student or fresh graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications.
- Valuable command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Eagerness to learn and gain practical experience in Buildings & Utilities operations.
