Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web and enterprise applications. The role involves developing robust automation frameworks, executing comprehensive test strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Analysis:

- Understand business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Identify areas suitable for automation and define testing scope

Automation Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
- Create and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Ensure reusability and maintainability of automation scripts
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)

Functional & Regression Testing:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Validate end-to-end workflows and application behavior
- Ensure application stability across multiple environments

API & Database Testing:

- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or REST clients
- Validate backend data using SQL queries
- Ensure data consistency and integrity

Defect Management:

- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla




- Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution
- Perform retesting and root cause analysis

Performance & Quality Assurance:

- Participate in performance testing (basic knowledge preferred)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Improve test coverage and reduce manual effort

Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare detailed test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics (MIS)
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain test documentation and automation reports

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams
- Suggest improvements in testing processes and tools
- Stay updated with latest QA trends, tools, and technologies

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- 3–6 years of experience in QA Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestNG, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java / Python / JavaScript)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
