- Reading Drawings: Interpret single-line diagrams (SLD), general arrangement (GA) drawings, and schematic layouts to plan panel assembly.
- Structural Fabrication: Mark, cut, drill, punch, and tap metal sheets, base frames, mounting plates, and angle irons for enclosure setup.
- Component Mounting: Install mechanical supports, busbar insulators, mounting rails (DIN rails), circuit breakers (ACB, MCCB, MCB), contactors, and relays inside the enclosure.
- Busbar Support Fitting: Position, align, and mount copper or aluminum busbars securely using proper torque specifications and insulation barriers. [1, 2]
- Quality & Finish Inspection: Ensure proper alignment, clearance gaps, and robust mechanical locking of all internal modules and hardware.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
