We are seeking an experienced and creative BIM Architect to lead architectural modeling and coordination using BIM technologies. The candidate will play a key role in design development, model management, and interdisciplinary coordination across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Lead design coordination and clash detection using Navisworks
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and project teams
- Review and validate models for accuracy, constructability, and quality
- Mentor junior BIM modelers and analysts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of experience in BIM-based architectural design
- Valuable understanding of building design, construction methods, and codes
- Experience in preparing working drawings and construction documentation
Performance Metrics :
- Accuracy and quality of BIM models
- Timely delivery of project milestones
- Coordination efficiency (clash resolution rate)
- Compliance with BIM standards and client requirements
Salary:
₹[Negotiable / As per experience]
