Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and ensure smooth day-to-day handling of products, orders, and customer support. The candidate should have experience working with platforms like Amazon and other online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle online marketplaces such as Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
- Create and manage product listings with accurate information and updates
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
- Handle customer queries, messages, and order-related issues professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support
- Keep marketplace accounts updated with pricing, product details, and policies
- Track marketplace performance and maintain smooth order processing
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, stock availability, and updates
- Stay updated with marketplace trends, policy changes, and platform updates

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace handling




- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of product listing and inventory management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred
- Proficient in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and marketplace support teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or similar online platforms.

Experience in product listing, inventory management, customer service, and order processing is preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
