About Job Role:
What You’ll Be Doing:-
-Leading the creative narrative from pitch to final output
-Creating pitch decks, moodboards & visual references for campaigns and shoots
-Working closely with directors, producers, editors & stylists throughout production
-Supporting shoots with creative direction, styling feedback & visual consistency
-Reviewing edits, color grades, music & graphics during post
-production-Building presentations that communicate ideas with clarity and impact
-Ensuring every frame aligns with the brand tone and storytelling vision
What We’re Looking For:-
-2–4 years of experience in creative direction, production or advertising
-Strong eye for composition, storytelling & visual aesthetics
-Proficiency in Keynote, Adobe Suite and/or Figma
-Someone who can balance creative thinking with execution
-A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
-Experience working in fast-paced creative environments
Huge Plus If You :-
-Obsess over visual references, film frames & presentation aesthetics
-Can switch from ideating concepts to giving on-set direction seamlessly
-Love cinematic storytelling and design-led campaigns
-Have experience working with production houses or creative agencies
-Care deeply about details most people miss
