Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced Senior skilled in the position of “Deputy General Manager”. The role involves overall administration, optimizing sales through various sources and implementation of marketing strategies in line with prevailing market conditions for our branch at Coimbatore.

GENERAL Manager

Job Profile:

· Responsible for overall administration of the Branch

· Oversee daily business activities

· Oversee Sales, Markeing and client interactions.

· Continuous optimization of the company with regard to quality, efficiency and profitability.

· Ensure all departments in the company to work as a team together to ensure utmost efficiency.

· Ensure that the work instructions and procedures are correctly observed and improvements are initiated. Create strategic plans to increase productivity

· Maintain high standards of excellence and high quality of content on social media platforms





- Provide direction and training to employees to help them improve their knowledge and skills in areas that need improving
- Recruit, onboard, and train new hires to turn them into successful employees
- Ensure that targets of team members are met as per the goals set and periodical review of the same
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Study of marketing strategies and trends and timely reporting.
- Submission of Financial reporting to Top Management on a periodical basis.

REQUIREMENTS

· Age between 40 and 50 years

· Candidate should possess minimum 10 years experience

· Must be a graduate

· Experience in Sales and Marketing is preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a local language

· Proficiency in MS Office including Word & Excel

· Must be a team player and possess leadership and convincing skills

SALARY:

· COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
