Key Responsibilities:
Outbound & inbound calls to prospective customers
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
Maintain CRM records and track call outcomes
Follow up with leads for timely conversion
Handle customer queries and escalate when required
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate (minimum)
Strong communication & listening skills
Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Key Competencies: Persuasive communication, resilience, target orientation, time management
