PiPixel is hiring a Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth - leads, conversions, and ROI - through highly optimized campaigns for clients across real estate, personal branding, and service industries.

This is not a “set and forget” role - we want someone who thinks in numbers, tests aggressively, and scales what works.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Other platforms (LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Write high-converting ad copies and guide creative direction
- Continuously optimize campaigns (A/B testing, scaling, budget allocation)
- Set up and manage tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, events, conversions)
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams





Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Robust expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Proven track record of generating leads/sales (share case studies/portfolio)
- Solid understanding of:
- Conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, Analytics)
- Funnel strategy and user behavior
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously

Good to Have

- Experience with CRM tools (like GoHighLevel)
- Landing page optimization knowledge
- Basic understanding of copywriting & creatives
- Experience in real estate or personal branding niches
