Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understanding of branding, and the ability to create engaging content for modern marketing campaigns.

This is an on-site role for someone passionate about creativity, visual storytelling, and fast-paced agency work.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for:
- Social media posts & campaigns
- Performance marketing ads
- Brand identity & marketing collaterals
- Website banners & digital creatives
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop campaign visuals.
- Create high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.




- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling ideas.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and campaign performance requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and digital creatives.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic knowledge preferred)
- Canva & Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create designs optimized for digital marketing and social platforms.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Agency experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Basic motion graphics or video editing knowledge.
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Experience designing creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of UI design or website creatives is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
