Cindrebay is hiring Placement Officers who will be responsible for implementing & leading a comprehensive job placement service program for all our passing out students & graduates. The placement officer will be required to nurture robust professional relationships with different companies & organizations, performing a blend of career counseling & recruiting duties enabling students to realize their career aspirations & potential, in light of placements & internships.

Required skills

- 5+ years of experience working in the same or similar role.
- Ideal candidates must be willing to do extensive travelling & networking
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as the position requires communicating with various levels of corporate leaders.
- Must be able to communicate well with students, providing them right career counselling, & help them build their resumes, cover letters, & more.

Job responsibilities





- Successfully carry out yearly & summer placements for students.
- Provide assistance in Training & placement cell along with facilitation of career counselling for students.
- Facilitate company visits on campus and corporate talks & sessions for the students.
- Arrange end-to-end job placement services for students along with design programs as a part of the university curriculum to aid industry-preparedness.
- Provide career advertisements & announcements to students, in accordance with job market trends, niche industry & opportunities, ethical work habits, and include practical insights on professional decorum, grooming, interviewing methods & more.

Kannur, Trivandrum, Kochi, Calicut, Bangalore, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Indore, Hyderabad & Pune.
