Position: Advanced Excel Executive / MIS Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic fresher with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and good written communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, managing data, creating Excel dashboards, and handling qualified email communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, update, and maintain Excel reports and MIS dashboards.
- Work with large data sets using Advanced Excel functions.
- Create Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and other formulas.
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and ensure accuracy of reports.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Draft and send professional emails to clients, teams, and management.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.




- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Identify data discrepancies and provide timely updates.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Good understanding of formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and data formatting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write professional emails.
- Good attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers with strong Excel skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with Excel certification will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
