URGENT HIRING – ASSISTANT CHEF

Position: Assistant Chef

Qualification:
✔ B.Sc. or Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience:
✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Chef or in a similar role
✔ Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
✔ Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
✔ Experience in assisting the Head Chef with menu preparation and kitchen management
✔ Team player with excellent time management and multitasking skills

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
✔ Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
✔ Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety regulations
✔ Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management
✔ Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
✔ Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
