About the Role

Techture Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented BIM Engineer II to join our growing BIM team. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, and construction documentation, with the ability to deliver high-quality models in accordance with project standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex international projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models based on project requirements and design inputs.
- Understand and comply with project-specific BIM standards, modeling guidelines, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction documentation for site execution.
- Perform multidisciplinary model coordination and identify, review, and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including model revisions and drawing updates.
- Generate and track Requests for Information (RFIs) to obtain design clarifications from clients and consultants.
- Implement and maintain internal Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of model quality and accuracy.




- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer or in a similar BIM modeling role.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software such as:
- Autodesk Revit
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 (preferred)

- Good understanding of BIM workflows, modeling standards, and construction documentation.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings and coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
- Strong knowledge of clash detection and coordination processes.
- Familiarity with RFI management and project documentation.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and BIM best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on international BIM projects (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650, and Level of Development (LOD) standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.
