About Us

Rathi Living Services Pvt. Ltd. is one of Navi Mumbai's fastest-growing premium PG and co-living brands, providing fully managed accommodation for students and working professionals. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (Rent Collection) and Accounts Payable.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
- Monitor rent collections, outstanding payments, and customer ledgers.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.
- Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST/TDS.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Real Estate, Hospitality, PG, Co-living, or Rental industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP or accounting software.
- Proficiency in Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial analysis.
