We are hiring Customer Support Executives to deliver exceptional customer service by handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information through calls, emails, or chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, maintaining service quality, documenting interactions, and ensuring timely resolution while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:





- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
