About the Role

Junosys Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic L1 Network Support Engineer who has hands-on knowledge of networking technologies and is eager to build a career in enterprise networking and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
- Install and configure Layer 2 & Layer 3 switches.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers.
- Basic configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls.
- Configure VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, NAT, DHCP and DNS.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Support network implementation and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate with senior engineers during installations and troubleshooting.
- Prepare basic technical documentation and reports.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Networking Fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Routing & Switching.
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco ASA, etc.).
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP,



OSPF and DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of Wireless Networking.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client support when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field.
- CCNA certification or training will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Networking products is preferred.
