The Test Drive Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing customer test drives to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. This role coordinates with the sales team, maintains test drive vehicles, schedules appointments, and ensures all safety and documentation procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule customer test drive appointments.
- Ensure test drive vehicles are clean, fueled, and in excellent condition at all times.
- Verify customer driving license and complete all required documentation before the test drive.
- Brief customers on vehicle features, safety guidelines, and test drive routes.
- Accompany customers during test drives when required.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure timely availability of vehicles.
- Maintain daily records of test drives, customer feedback, and vehicle utilization.
- Monitor the maintenance, insurance, registration, and servicing schedule of test drive vehicles.




- Ensure compliance with dealership SOPs and safety regulations.
- Follow up with the sales team regarding customer feedback after test drives.
- Assist in vehicle display management and showroom activities when required.
- Support promotional events, roadshows, and customer engagement programs involving test drive vehicles.
- Report any vehicle damages, incidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.

Required Qualifications:

- +2 ,Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (any discipline).
- Valid LMV Driving License (mandatory).
- 0–1 years of experience in automobile sales, customer service, or dealership operations preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and driving experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
