We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help grow our corporate, festive and wedding gifting business.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, wedding and festive gifting.
- Build relationships with HR teams, procurement teams, event agencies, wedding planners and hospitality partners.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events and client meetings when required.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable with outbound sales.




- Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings.
- Can work independently and take ownership of your goals

Experience in any of the following will be a strong advantage:

- Corporate gifting
- Wedding or event industry
- Luxury or premium consumer brands
- Hospitality
- Packaging or promotional merchandise
