Job Summary

The Junior HR Executive supports the HR department in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, and other day-to-day HR operations. The role requires valuable communication, organizational skills, and basic knowledge of HR processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll-related activities by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS using MS Excel.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior & HR Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Min 3 years of HR experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of HRMS/HR software is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
