Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:
Knowledge of best practices in defect management processes and experience in implementing improvements like automation for increased efficiency.

Knowledge Sharing and Documentation:
Experience documenting root cause analyses, lessons learned, and recurring defect resolutions to build a knowledge repository for future projects.

Cross-Module Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA:
o Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules and their integration points to effectively manage cross-module defects.




o Experience in facing audits and basic understanding of Compliance
