Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The candidate will assist in various HR activities while gaining hands-on experience in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize training sessions, employee engagement programs, and company events.

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
