About Us

Jaipur Institute of Pain & Sports Injuries (JIPSI) is a super-specialized center dedicated to the non-surgical management of pain, sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and rehabilitation services. We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and patient-friendly Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and scheduling.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other staff members.
- Manage billing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations and patient flow.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).




- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet, and data entry).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or customer service will be preferred.

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 2 hours mandatory duty as per clinic requirements
- No weekly off
- 2 paid leaves per month

Salary

- Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
