We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The candidate should be data-driven and focused on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Run Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Execute acquisition and remarketing campaigns
Improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns
Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives
Prepare performance reports using Excel / Data Studio
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Facebook / Meta Ads
Basic knowledge of Google Ads
Understanding of PPC, Paid Media, and Funnel Optimization
Robust understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Good analytical and reporting skills
