We are seeking an experienced and agile Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, leading departmental teams, maintaining operational excellence, and achieving financial and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Experience & Skills
- Hotel Reservation Experience
- OTA Handling
- Channel manager Experience
- B2B and B2C Reservation Experience
- Handling customer queries
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
