Job Description:

Affiliate Program Management:

- Onboard, manage, and nurture affiliate network / partners, coupon sites, and influencer networks.

- Ensure timely communication of offers, promotions, and creatives to affiliates.

Performance & Optimization:

Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics (sales, ROI,conversion rates, etc.).

Optimize campaigns and identify high-performing affiliates to maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure affiliates get updated creatives and landing pages.

Collaborate with finance to manage affiliate payouts and resolve discrepancies.

Strategy & Growth:

Research and onboard current affiliates to expand program reach.

Benchmark against competitors and suggest new campaign ideas to scale revenue.
