- To be able to help the Client Servicing team on a regular basis with the operations work. Coordinate with the Client Servicing team & the vendor for packaging/ dispatch & delivery of the gifts/ books merchandises planned for the month/ week.
- Research gifts depending on the requirement of the Client Serving team. Vendor Management – Coordinate with gifting/ printing & courier vendors for the best rate / timelines and customisation possibilities.
- Make presentations for the research done for gifts / technology / engagement ideas etc. Maintain accurate records of the delivery of goods from the godown & office (whenever we get back to work) of BEngage Brand Services.
- Maintain accurate records of the inventory in the godown. Should be a team member & flexible with working hours.



Travel out of station will be required as per demands of the projects.

· Skill set – MS Office (Powerpoint & Excel is compulsory) ; Adobe PDF

· Qualifications – Minimum graduate with atleast 2 years experience in advertising / marketing / events.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
