Purpose of the Role

- Machine load schedule planning , Coordinating the fixture parts Machining & Assembly process
- Knowledge of parts Manufacturing , Assembling of in-house and customer fixtures
- Capable to inspect and Knowledge of Using ERP Systems
- Responsibility to do TQM activities in Departments

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Planning and scheduling for Fixture elements Manufacturing load preparations for Available machines in Tool room
- Discussion with m/c shop in charge for loading fixture Elements if less feasible elements in tool room
- Drawing and process Clarification and Resolve the doubts to Machine operators.
- Coordinate with designer and process planner for Effective operation changes for Effective output.
- Arranging NC program for CNC machine components/Elements
- Pay card generations and movements in Transaction thru Software(Move transactions, Move orders, WIP transactions)
- Machine Resource Utilizations reports preparing ,Machine log entry correction, Time booking & Monthly report generation.




- Pad completion and Stock up and depleted the stocks with Concern Assembly pads.
- Sample Inspection of hardening elements before involved in heat treatment plant operations.
- Stock availability checking and collecting the materials from stores for Assembling the fixture.
- Monitoring the Machine condition and generating work request to Concern departments.
- Outsourcing operations for fixture Elements performed with support of SCM dept.
- Send mandrels, gauges and special tools for calibration purpose to tool crib department based on calibration due
- Preparing documents, self audit , Effective suggestions participation , Enhancing the Tool room TQM activities.
- Handling of Existing Fixture rework and Special processes like Helicoil tapings Supports o Machine shop and fixture Elements.
- Troubleshooting work in the existing fixtures in machine shop.
