Clinical Administrator

PRV Medical Center is looking for a proactive and organized Clinical Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinic operations, maintaining records and data collection, coordinating health camps, collecting patient feedback, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow. The role also includes staff coordination, report preparation, inventory monitoring, and handling other administrative responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily clinic operations and administration.
- Manage patient and operational data collection and reporting.
- Organize and coordinate medical camps and outreach programs.
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve services.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with doctors, staff,



and external partners.
- Ensure smooth workflow and maintain administrative records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic/hospital management software.
- Prior experience in clinic or hospital administration is preferred.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes initiative, and can effectively manage both operational and administrative aspects of a growing healthcare facility

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
