Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Architect, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices in design, scalability, and security.
- Oversee code reviews,



ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable architecture patterns.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and code quality across the team.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance and scalability issues, driving continuous system improvement.
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment that encourages innovation and qualified growth within the team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, evaluating and recommending solutions to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
