Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of interior fit-out projects. The role focuses on planning, follow-ups, material coordination, site progress, and timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors regarding project activities.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate with Procurement for timely material delivery to sites.
- Follow up with contractors to resolve execution issues and avoid delays.
- Maintain project trackers, daily progress reports, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Coordinate with Design, Billing, Procurement, and Project teams for smooth project execution.
- Schedule contractor meetings and monitor action points.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Escalate project risks, delays, and resource requirements to the Operations Head.




- Support project handover and closure activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out operations or project coordination.

Required Skills

- Strong contractor and vendor coordination skills.
- Valuable communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes and site execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in commercial office, retail, or corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with project documentation, BOQs, work schedules, and material coordination.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
