Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design & Alignment
- Design and develop comprehensive,
standards-aligned curricula across grades and subjects.
- Ensure alignment with CBSE / ICSE / State Board standards and college-readiness expectations.
- Integrate 21st-century skills—critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication.
- Develop scope-and-sequence and curriculum mapping documents.
- Align curriculum standards with teaching resources and assessments.
Pedagogical Innovation & Teacher Support
- Research and implement creative teaching methodologies including project-based, experiential, and blended learning.
- Support teachers in adopting student-centered and constructivist instructional approaches.
- Develop instructional guidelines, lesson frameworks, and teaching resources.
- Coordinate professional development workshops on pedagogy and curriculum implementation.
Assessment & Learning Outcomes
- Design assessment frameworks measuring knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Develop rubrics and tools aligned with curriculum standards.
- Support formative and summative assessment design.
- Analyze assessment data to guide curriculum refinement.
Interdisciplinary & Holistic Learning
- Facilitate interdisciplinary learning through thematic units and projects.
- Integrate life skills, values education, and socio-emotional learning.
- Ensure curriculum promotes inclusion, equity, diversity, and cultural awareness.
- Develop experiential learning opportunities, field visits, and community projects.
Resource Development & Technology Integration
- Develop and curate teaching-learning materials and digital resources.
- Evaluate and integrate educational technology platforms.
- Maintain curriculum resource repositories for teacher access.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor curriculum implementation and support effective execution.
- Conduct curriculum reviews and audits.
- Collect feedback from teachers, students, and parents.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Education Administration, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education with curriculum specialization.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or academic leadership.
- Experience with standards-aligned curriculum and assessment practices.

Commitment Requirement
Candidates must commit to a minimum tenure of three (3) years with the institution to ensure continuity, curriculum stability, and sustained academic impact.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
